Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas are the tourist centres in the south of Tenerife. With its town centre, harbour and sandy beaches, Los Cristianos is more lively than neighbouring Las Americas. The beaches and promenades are the places where people go during the day. In the evening it´s the bars and restaurants, both on the promenade and in the pedestrianised areas, where people go.

The holiday brochures promise sun, sand and a complete holiday infrastructure. Los Cristianos meets this promise. The southwest coast is also less windy than the southeast coast. The bay and Guaza mountains provide additional protection. Beach-lovers can expect a good time. Windsurfers can find better conditions elsewhere. There is a huge variety of places to eat in Los Cristianos. Around the harbour, you´ll find plenty of fish dishes, homemade paella and Basque specialties.

The “Graciosa” apartment is located near to the end of the bay of Los Cristianos, just a few steps from the beautiful beach which is about 300 m away.. A car really isn´t necessary. You can walk everywhere: to the beach, to restaurants, to buy the daily paper or fresh rolls.

The apartment is almost on the ground-floor, at semi-basement level, and the entrance is only up a few steps. The accommodation is, therefore, also suitable for older peopl or people with mobility problems. The terrace has a wonderful view of Los Cristianos and the sea. This quiet apartment has a total internal area of 110 m² divided between a living room, kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a hall. The terrace is 80 m². The apartment has been fitted with high-quality marble throughout. If you have a car, you can park it in the garage.

In the living room, there are comfortable sofas and a television, and there are six chairs at the dinning table. The TV has a satellite connection for the receipt of major international radio and television channels. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary things that you need while on holiday: a washing machine, tumble dryer, ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, iron and ironing board, etc.

Two bedrooms have double beds, and the other two bedrooms each have a single bed. All the beds have comfortable mattresses. Both of the bathrooms are fitted with a shower, washbasin and WC. A hair dryer is provided.

On the terrace, there is a patio table and six chairs, and a parasol. Plenty of bed linen, hand towels, bath towels and tea towels are provided.

In the middle the apartment complex there is a large swimming pool (max. depth 1.80 m) as well as a kids´ pool. There are sun-loungers too. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, but you may smoke on the terrace if you wish.
