The price of this holiday apartment, per day, for two people is:   

7th January   – 18 December = € 85   
19 December – 6 January      = € 105   

Each additional person of 13 years or older is charged € 22, and from 2 to 13 years, € 11, per day. All the above named daily prices are included additional costs, towels, bedding and final cleaning. A cot and high chair are available for a baby or small child under two years old. Golfers get a 10% discount on green fees upon presentation of their property rental voucher.

Costa del Silencio = the Silent Coast. Thanks to a quirk of geography, the predominant north-easterly winds pass the south-eastern tip of Tenerife without buffeting the area of "Golf del Sur".

The holiday resort of "Golf del Sur" has had much to offer in the last few years and right in the middle of a huge golf course there is a small village, with supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, a taxi rank, pharmacy and similar shopping facilities. There is also guaranteed sun, as the sun shines here almost 365 days a year...

The "Sanblas" apartment is impressive because it is a property of around 100 m² and lies directly beside the sea, which is only some 20 metres away. The apartment’s terrace is separated by only a small garden from the sea. There is nothing, therefore, to obstruct the wonderful view of the deep-blue ocean. The airport is only a few kilometres away, but despite this, there is no aircraft noise here.

The apartment is very pleasant and has been lovingly furnished; the furniture, fabrics and interior decor have all been carefully coordinated. There is a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a small garden and terrace.

In the spacious living room there is a comfortable suite and a TV and radio, with satellite connection for reception of major international TV and radio channels. There are six chairs at the dining table. The kitchen is half-open to the living room and features modern fittings with all the important utensils and electrical appliances that you might need on holiday, including a four-ring ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, juice press, toaster, iron and ironing board, a large fridge,  a separate freezer , washing machine, microwave, etc.

Both bedrooms have double-beds with comfortable mattresses (180 x 200 cm). A travel cot can be provided upon request. In one bedroom there is a further TV which receives several foreign and Spanish channels. The bathrooms are quite roomy and each has a bath, shower, wash basin and a WC.

On the sun terrace of around 32 m², there are a table and chairs and two sun loungers. Just a few paces from the apartment you’ll find a natural sea-water filled swimming pool. There is another swimming pool, about 50 m away, for shared use with other owners and guests staying at this exclusive holiday complex. Little guests have also been thought of, as there is also a small paddling pool. Bed linen, hand towels, bath towels and tea towels are provided in plenty.
Journey times:

You won’t necessarily need a hire-car during your stay at the "Sanblas" apartment. Restaurants and local shopping is all within walking distance. Large supermarkets are about 5-10 minutes drive away. The "Golf del Sur" golf course is 3 minutes away. Playa de las Americas is around 15 - 20 minutes away.

It’s about 10 minutes to the South Airport, and 70 to the North Airport.
