The Davinci house stands in about 3,000 m² of land, surrounded by natural greenery, at an elevation of around 330 m above sea level. The internal area is around 65 m². There are also large terraces, almost all secluded (nude sunbathing possible), and a very well-kept garden.

This is the south-west of the island, with its three towns of Playa de la Arena, Puerto de Santiago and Los Gigantes, which, over the last few years, have grown together. This area is popular for a good reason, the sun really does shine here almost every day. You can easily talk about 360 sunny days a year and midday temperatures of 25-28º C almost all of the time. People who know the island well say that it is the sunniest part of Tenerife.

Fine sandy beaches, a natural harbour in a rocky cove with bizarre volcanic rock formations and truly gigantic cliffs make up the natural treasures of the coastal area around Los Gigantes. Los Gigantes also offers much more besides: many excursions and water sports, whale and dolphin cruises, tennis, paragliding, scuba diving and a beautiful hiking area located right on the doorstep. As well as that, there are many local as well as international restaurants and shops.

The “Casa Davinci” house has a living room, kitchen, bedroom and a bathroom. In the living room there is a TV (with satellite connection for the reception of major international television and radio channels in digital quality) as well as a sofa and a coffee table.

The kitchen is modern and features a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer etc. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a breakfast bar, with two chairs.

It’s more than likely that guests will choose to eat out at the dining table on the terrace, in front of the living room. Due to its geographic location, as mentioned earlier, it’s always pleasantly warm here, which means that you will be able to relax outside, as well as inside, during much of your stay.

The large bedroom has a bed measuring 160 x 200 cm, with a comfortable mattress to ensure a good night’s rest, and a large floor-to-ceiling wardrobe. There is also a safe for your valuables.

In addition, there is a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin. A washing machine is available. Hand towels, bath towels and tea towels are provided.

On the terrace, apart from the dining table, there are chairs and a parasol. In front of the house, the terrace is roofed, so that shade is guaranteed too. For babies, a travel cot and a highchair are provided

The pool is heated and usually kept at least 27ºC degrees. It´s about 5 x 10 m. There’s a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean and, in the evening, of the lights of Los Gigantes and the surrounding area.

Los Gigantes is about 3 km away. There is a beach, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, etc.
