Here on the sunny southwest coast of Tenerife at Las Moraditas (Adeje) is a large and spacious house with a wonderful view of the Atlantic, the coast, the island of "La Gomera" opposite, and the surrounding mountains. It is situated at a height of about 480 m above sea level.

It´s especially worth mentioning here the evening view along the coast towards “Los Cristianos” and "Las Americas". The sea of lights is magnificent and you have the feeling that you are looking at Las Vegas...

The "Finca Gomera" house was built in Canarian style on around 5,200 m² of natural land and was provided with a lovely garden. The palm-planted entrance to the house alone empahsises the specific features of this property. Relaxation is natural here.

In the house there are two flats, one of which is available to rent. The owner lives in the smaller flat when he is occasionally in Tenerife, but that is extremely rare and seems only to be for a week-end. The owner's flat is almost always empty, so that you will actually feel practically undisturbed.

The swimming pool (4 x 8 m) is completely new. It is available for use by guests whenever the owner is away. This also applies to the lawn in front of the house and by the pool.

The interior fittings want for nothing: around 95 m² of living space which is spread over two floors, with a comfortable suite in the sitting room, a television set with satellite connection (for the receipt of important international television and radio channels), as well as a stereo set with radio, CD player and a DVD player, an open entrance from the dining area to the modern kitchen. In addition, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom has a bath/shower, wash basin and WC. All the rooms are bathed in light and are therefore bright and airy.

From the sitting room and the dining area in the kitchen, you can go out onto two additional terraces which are quite secluded and which have wonderful views of the coast, the mountains and the sea. On another large terrace you will find sun beds, sun shades and a barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped and features, for example, a coffeemaker, toaster, kettle, washing machine etc.. Bed linen is provided so that the beds can be changed weekly. In addition, there are tea towels, towels and bath towels.

Journey times: from here it´s about 25 minutes drive up to the South Airport and around 12 minutes to the beaches or the main tourist resorts of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. You can get to large supermarkets in about 5 minutes. The nearest golf course is around 10 minutes away.
