Here on the sunny south-west coast of Tenerife at Las Moraditas (Adeje), at about 480 metres above sea level, there are two holiday houses on the “Finca Gomera”. There is the “La Grande” house and about 30 m away the “Casa Yucca” house.

 

From here you have a wonderful view of the Atlantic, the villages along the coast, the island of "La Gomera" opposite, and the surrounding mountains.

It’s especially worth mentioning here the evening view along the coast towards “Los Cristianos” and "Las Americas". The sea of lights is magnificent and you have the feeling that you are looking at Las Vegas...

The “Casa Yucca” house was only completed in 2008 and has been charmingly decorated. It has total living area of about 50 m² as well as a terrace of about 40m², plus a small garden which is laid out with lawn, shrubs and many yucca palms.

In the “La Grande” house there are two flats, one of which is available to rent. The owner lives in the smaller flat when he is occasionally in Tenerife, but that is extremely rare and seems only to be for a week-end. The owner's flat is almost always empty, so you will actually feel practically undisturbed on this private estate of around 5,200 m².

The swimming pool (4 x 8 m) is completely new too. It is available for use by guests of both houses whenever the owner is away.

The interior fittings are modern, practical and almost leave nothing to be desired: a comfortable sofa-bed in the sitting room, a comfortable TV armchair, a TV with satellite connection which receives important international radio and television channels, a CD player and a DVD player, a radio, an open entrance from the dining area to the kitchen. In addition, there is a bedroom with a double-bed (180 x 200 cm). The bathroom has a bath/shower, wash-basin, bidet and WC. All the rooms are bathed in light and are therefore bright and airy.

The kitchen is equipped to a modern standard and includes a coffeemaker, toaster, kettle, fridge (with freezer compartment), etc.. Sufficient bed-linen is provided so that the beds can be changed weekly. In addition, there are tea-towels, hand-towels and bath-towels.

A large, partly roofed terrace has been built outside the living-room. It has been provided with two sun-loungers, sun shades and a gas grill. Why not enjoy the marvellous view of coast, mountains and sea from here?

Journey times: from here it’s about 25 minutes drive up to the South Airport and around 12 minutes to the beaches or the main tourist resorts of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. You can get to large supermarkets in about 5 minutes. The nearest golf course is around 10 minutes away.
