There is a very pleasant promenade, which runs for about 1km along the coast. The sun seems guaranteed to shine here for 360 days.... The "Villa Maravilla" house lies in a quiet area of villas, right by the sea.

A house in these surroundings is a rare find in the south of Tenerife. Owing to its unique situation, and not least its exclusive fittings, the house may rightly be placed in the upper luxury class of holiday properties.

The living area extends to around 150m² and is spread over 2 floors. There is a living room of approximately 50m² with separate dining area, three bedrooms, kitchen, hall, sun terrace, car parking and a pool. An interior designer was responsible for the internal ambience of the house and all colours, materials and furniture have been coordinated harmoniously with loving attention to detail.

In the living room, there are designer sofas as well as a TV that receives major international television and radio channels in digital quality via satellite. At the dining table, 8 people would be seated comfortably. The bedrooms are very spacious and each has a double bed with a comfortable mattress (160 x 200 cm), floor-to-ceiling wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. The bathrooms are between 12 and 16 m² and have a bath and shower fitted. Bed linen, hand-towels, bath-towels and tea towels are provided in plenty.

The luxury kitchen would fill anyone with enthusiasm: ceramic hob with electric grill beside, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, ice dispenser, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and washing machine are all there. And the highlight: the house has its own water purification plant. You will, therefore, not need to buy any water, as is usual in the coastal regions. A broadband internet connection are there too.

Babies are also most welcome in this house. A complete "baby-pack" is provided, which includes: a travel cot, baby bath, high-chair, stair-gate, changing mat, and a high-chair that can be attached to the diningroom chairs, as well as a potty.


On the sun terrace, there are garden furniture and sun beds. The solar-heated pool is approximately 4 x 8m. Furthermore, there is a Jacuzzi available for guests. Guests are greeted with a basket with fresh fruit, bread, beverages etc. on their arrival, so that the first food necessities are taken care of.
