A cot and high-chair are provided. All the above named daily prices are included additional costs, towels, bedding and final cleaning. The house is provided with a broadband USB stick for guests who need internet access, also for free.

 

In the green and sunny South-west of Tenerife, the holiday village of “Callao Salvaje” lies directly beside the resort of “Playa Paraiso”. The sun seems guaranteed to shine 360 days a year here. The coast is mainly steep cliffs and rocky, but there is also a small sandy beach. This small, relaxing place offers many shopping facilities, such as supermarkets, souvenir shops, boutiques, newsagents, banks, pharmacies and much more besides.

There are also many places to eat, including very good restaurants and typical Spanish bars as well as an ice cream café and a confectionery shop. If you want more choice, Playa San Juan is just a few kilometres away. This place is still quiet because traffic by-passes the village. Tourists rarely come to Playa San Juan. There is a very pleasant promenade, which runs for about 1 km along the coast. The sun seems guaranteed to shine here for 360 days....

 

In Callao Salvaje a considerable residential area of the upper luxury class has developed during the last few years. The Villa Mogli has a living area of about 120 m2. There is a large sitting room, a kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

In the sitting room there are a comfortable sofa and armchairs. The television set is connected to a satellite service and receives major international television and radio channels. A DVD player is installed. The stereo has a radio and a CD player. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortably fitted out. In two bedrooms there are double beds and in the third bedroom two single beds, all with comfortable mattresses, guaranteeing a good night’s sleep. Some of the wardrobes are fitted floor-to-ceiling. The bathrooms have a tub, washbasin, bidet and WC. Bed linen, towels, bath towels and tea towels are provided in plenty. The kitchen would inspire anybody, because it really has everything: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster and a kettle. In a separate space there is a washing machine and tumble drier. A safe is installed for your valuables.

In the grounds, there is a roofed terrace and a large sun terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, charcoal grill and an outside shower. The pool is about 4 x 7 m. The house has a cellar downstairs. In the cellar area there is a games room with a table-tennis table, a snooker table and a dartboard. Guests receive a welcome basket of fresh fruit and drinks upon arrival.

Journey times:

Restaurants, supermarkets and other shops are about 2 - 3 minutes walk, the South Airport is about 35 minutes drive and the North Airport about 1.5 hours. It’s about 10 minutes to drive to Las Americas or Playa San Juan.
