The holiday house costs, in the period 1 March to 31 Octuber, € 51 per day for up
to 2 people:

01.03. - 31.10. = € 51 for 2 people and € 62 for 3 people
01.11. - 28.02. = € 65 for 2 people and € 75 for 3 people

All the above named daily prices are included additional costs, towels, bedding and final cleaning.

Taucho is a small Spanish village and lies on the popular and very sunny west side of the island Tenerife at a height of about 800m, near the county town of Adeje, to which Playa de las Americas belongs as well. In the village, there is a restaurant in which you can eat quite reasonably, but also quite well. Five other restaurants with Spanish or Canarian and international cuisine are 0.5 to 3 km away.

It’s about 12 km to the main tourist resorts of places Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. About 6 kilometres away in "Los Menores”, you’ll find a small supermarket with a choice of different foods, meats and cheese.

There are two larger supermarkets two kilometres beyond the small supermarket and they are open everyday, except Sundays, from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm. In addition, the provincial town of Adeje offers everything for day to day needs. The baker delivers fresh bread and rolls daily, except on Sundays.

 

The island of La Gomera is about 25 km away and on a clear day, you can nearly always see El Hierro and La Palma, although they are around 40 to 70 km away. It’s especially worth mentioning the fantastic sunsets, different every evening, out over the Atlantic, towards La Gomera.

The "Casa Taucho" house is fascinating on one hand, by its comfortable interior and fittings and, on the other hand, by its excellent location and the wonderful sea-view. Warm colours and an inviting ambience emphasise the marvellous impression that the house provides from the start. It is furnished in a bright and friendly style. Outside the front door is a sun terrace of around 200 m2 with sun-loungers and other garden furniture. The garden is about 1,000 m2.

The house is arranged for 3 people and has a sitting room, a kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a single bed. In addition, there is a bathroom with shower and toilet. There are plenty of towels, bath towels, tea towels as well as bed linen. A travel cot and a baby’s high-chair can be provided upon request.

The spacious sitting-room is provided with comfortable furniture. Here you’ll also find a satellite TV that receives international digital channels, and a radio/CD, as well as an open-fireplace. There is room at the large dining-table for 5-6 people to be seated. The modern kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and fruit squeezer. The bed in the bedroom measures 160 x 200 cm.

To the beaches on the south of the island, it’s only around 15 minutes by car. The south airport is 30 km away, the north airport about 100 km.
