The luxurious two-bedroomed apartment has a beautiful sea-view. The sunsets and the views of the neighbouring island of La Gomera are breathtaking. It takes only one or two minutes to walk to the sea or to the lower of the two pools (sea water). The second pool (freshwater), with a year-round temperature of 26 to 28 degrees, you can walk to in only two or three minutes. Note: owing to cleaning work, it is possible that both pools will be out of use between 15 May and 30 September.

Near the upper pool there are 3 tennis courts. The bus stop is about 300 m away. A small supermarket and a restaurant are also only a few steps away. The quiet location of the property is another point that will make your holiday memorable. Golf Costa Adeje, one of the most beautiful golf courses on the island, is only about 10 minutes away by car. Even nearer is the Abama golf course, just three minutes away.

The apartment has a living space of approx. 125 m² and there is also a terrace of approx. 50 m². The terrace is partially covered. In addition, sun awnings can be extended for more shade.

The living area is distributed between a living/dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a hall, two bathrooms and two separate toilets. The living room alone is 44 m² big. There is a comfortable sofa, other chairs and a television with satellite dish for the reception of many international television channels. There are four chairs at the dining table. The first bedroom has a double bed with comfortable mattresses. The bathroom was integrated into the bedroom and is separated by a partition from the sleeping area. The large exclusive "double bath" guarantees bathing pleasure second to none. Besides the bath is a wash-hand basin. The single beds in second bedroom can be pushed together. The second bathroom has a shower installed. The beds also have comfortable mattresses. There are fitted-wardrobes in the bedrooms. There are two small safes. Bed linen, hand towels, bath towels and tea-towels are provided in plenty. A phone can be connected.

The kitchen is about 6 x 4.50 m and is separated from the living-room by a breakfast bar. There is a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. A washing machine is installed. On the terrace, there is garden furniture, deck chairs and a sofa.

On arrival, guests will receive a welcome basket with fresh fruit and drinks.
