Just a few kilometres away from Playa de las Americas, and that means in the sunny south of Tenerife, a house with two apartments has been built, in an extraordinary style, at about 390 m altitude, in grounds of about 12,000 m2. One of the apartments is available to rent for holidays. Its extraordinary architecture sets it quite apart from most other holiday houses on the island. Natural raw materials, including wood and real stone, have been charmingly coordinated and harmoniously used.

The overall charm of the accommodation is completed by a marvellous view of the Atlantic and quietness that surrounds the house. The well-kept gardens, generously laid out and lush greenery help to make you feel refreshed from the first moment on enabling you to relax and enjoy your holiday.

From the airport, about 25 km away, you’ll drive past the tourist centres of Playa de la Americas and Los Cristianos. It’s about 20 minutes drive to the holiday house. You’ll need about 15 minutes to drive to the sandy beaches and the 12km promenade at Las Americas and about 10 minutes to get to the small sandy beach at El Puertito. Smaller supermarkets and restaurants are within a radius of just one kilometre.

The holiday apartment has a living area of about 50 m², which is shared between two levels. The lower floor has been coordinated to provide a large living-room/bedroom (about 30 m²) with a double bed (180 x 190 cm), a mini-kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. From the living room, stairs lead to the gallery, on which you’ll find another large double bed (200 X 200 cm), seating, a wardrobe and a television. The television is connected to a satellite dish for receiving all major television and radio channels in digital quality.

The table in the living room offers seating for 6 people. Next to the dining table is a notebook-workstation with an internet connection (for free). A broadband connection is available, if desired. The mini-kitchen has been equipped with a sink, 2-ring electric hob and a fridge. Naturally there are a coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer as well as cutlery, crockery and pots. There is also a terrace with sun beds.

The house is non-smoking. However, smoking is, of course, permitted on the terraces.
